Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum we need to run the service. This page explains what, why, and how to remove it.
What we collect
- Your email address (from sign-up or your Google account)
- The display name your auth provider gives us, if any
- The conversations you have with the persona, so you can resume them
- Usage metadata (tokens used per turn, for billing)
- Payment information, handled by Stripe (we never see your card)
Where it lives
Account data and conversations are stored on Supabase (EU region). Vector embeddings live on Neon (EU region, London). The text of your messages is sent to Anthropic for inference. Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not share your data with any other third party.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails to users who explicitly opted in, either by checking the box at sign-up or by answering yes to the prompt after sign-up. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us. Even without consent, you will still receive transactional emails (receipts, security notices) that are necessary to operate the service.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to specific processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Conversations are kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all of your data is removed within 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer where required by law.
